Luther Tyus is a senior project manager at CNA, where he focuses on translating research and analysis of the American justice system into real-world, programs, strategies, and tactics. He served as a police officer with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department for eight years, then provided police training for two years. Since then, he earned a master’s in social work and has supported local communities in building and enhancing behavioral health programs, community engagement, and law enforcement accountability systems.
