Courtney D’Allaird

Courtney D’Allaird (they/them) has spent most of their adult life focusing on anti-bias training and consulting. Courtney currently owns their own private training and consultant firm, which was established in 2007. They also work with the New York State’s Anti-Defamation League as a lead trainer for the World of Difference Institute. Courtney has trained over 2,000 students and employees in anti-bullying, racism reduction, and safe zone cultural relevancy.

In addition to training and consulting, Courtney is the Assistant Director at the Office of Intercultural Student Engagement at the University of Albany in Albany, New York. They helped create, establish, and run the Gender & Sexuality Resource Center beginning in 2009.  Courtney also works as an adjunct instructor at both the Independence University and the College of St. Rose.

Courtney has three master’s degrees from the University of Albany in Albany, New York. Their degrees are in Women’s, Gender & Sexuality Studies, Sociology, and Business Administration. Courtney also earned their bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a double minor in Psychology and Education from the University of Albany.
