Lea Douglin Brown is a training specialist with over 20 years of experience in instruction, training, sales, and implementation. She currently specializes in training for the D.C. Department of Corrections and is responsible for educating all staff, officers, contractors, volunteers and more on policy, procedure, and a variety of topics ensuring safety and security of the agency.
