Dr. Lauren Duhaime specializes in criminal justice organization research. She has expertise in juvenile justice, community corrections, policing, implementation science and performance measurement.
At CNA, Dr. Duhaime works on Department of Justice TTA and Research initiatives. She is the TTA lead for Project Safe Neighborhoods and provides research and analytical support for the Body Worn Camera program, the Jails and Justice Resource Center and a NIJ Randomized Control Trial focused on a community policing initiative.
Prior to joining CNA, Dr. Duhaime served as a research associate with Carnevale Associates, LLC where she was the lead research associate for the BJA Performance Measurement team and worked to develop and implement program-wide performance measures for BJA funded programs.
Dr. Duhaime holds a Ph.D. from George Mason University and holds a Master of Arts in Criminology, Law and Society from George Mason University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History from Villanova University.
